These terms apply to stores selling through Sharkhex Delivery, operated by Sharkhex Delivery Demo SRL, —. They sit alongside the general terms and any partner agreement you sign with us, which prevails if they differ.

1. Joining the platform

• You must provide accurate business details — legal name, tax ID, registration number and registered address. They are checked before your store goes live and are printed on your customers' receipts.
• Your store is visible to customers only while it is approved and active. We may suspend a store that breaks these terms or the law; you will be told why.

2. Your catalogue

• You set your products, prices, options, opening hours and preparation times, and you keep them accurate.
• You are the seller of the products and responsible for their quality, safety, allergen information, labelling and legality, including age-restricted products.

3. Orders

• Accept or decline orders promptly. Prepare accepted orders within the time you set and hand them to the courier securely packed.
• If an item is unavailable, decline it rather than substitute it without the customer's agreement.

4. Fees, payments and taxes

• We collect payment from customers. You receive the order value less the commission shown in your agreement or the vendor panel, plus your share of tips if applicable.
• Payouts are made to your verified bank or payout account on the schedule shown in the vendor panel.
• You are responsible for the taxes on your sales. Receipts identify you as the seller of the products; we invoice you for our fees.

5. Refunds and complaints

When a customer reports a missing, wrong or faulty product that you are responsible for, the refund may be deducted from your payout. We will share the details with you.

6. Ratings and conduct

Customers can rate your store. Do not manipulate ratings or contact customers outside the platform for marketing without their consent.

7. Ending the relationship

Either side can end the partnership with the notice set in your agreement. Pending payouts are settled after outstanding orders and refunds are closed. Contact: help@sharkhex-demo.test.
