These terms govern your use of Sharkhex Delivery, operated by Sharkhex Delivery Demo SRL, — ("we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order you accept them. Please also read our privacy policy, which explains how we use your data.

1. What Sharkhex Delivery does

Sharkhex Delivery lets you order products from independent stores and send parcels, delivered by couriers. Each store sells its own products and is responsible for them — including their quality, allergen information and legality. We run the platform, take payment and arrange the delivery.

2. Your account

• You must give accurate details and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• You must be at least 16, and old enough to buy any age-restricted products you order. Couriers may ask for ID on delivery.
• You can delete your account at any time from the app or at https://delivery.sharkhex.com/account/delete.

3. Orders and prices

• Prices are set by the stores. The total you see before you confirm includes the products, delivery fee, service fee, any tip you add and any discount, and any applicable taxes.
• An order is accepted when the store confirms it. A store may decline an order or mark items unavailable; you are not charged for what is not delivered.
• Promo codes are subject to their own conditions and can be withdrawn if misused.

4. Payment

• Card payments are processed securely by Stripe when the order is placed. Where cash on delivery is offered, you pay the courier the amount shown in the app.
• Receipts are issued for every paid order; you can ask for invoices in your profile.

5. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates. Please be available at the address you chose and give the courier the delivery PIN shown in the app.
• If we can't reach you or deliver after reasonable attempts, the order may be cancelled and charged.

6. Cancellations and refunds

• You can cancel an order until the store starts preparing it. After that, the order can only be cancelled by the store or by us.
• If something is missing, wrong or damaged, report it through support within 24 hours. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
• Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected. Note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods or goods delivered within a short time.

7. Parcels

You must not send anything illegal, dangerous, perishable without suitable packaging, or worth more than the limit shown in the app. You are responsible for describing and packaging parcels correctly.

8. Ratings and conduct

Ratings must be honest and respectful. Abusive behaviour towards couriers, stores or staff, fraud or misuse of the service can lead to your account being suspended or closed.

9. Liability

We provide the platform with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for products sold by stores beyond what the law requires, or for losses we could not reasonably foresee. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes and termination

We may change these terms; we will tell you in advance of significant changes. You can stop using Sharkhex Delivery at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

11. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of RO, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence. Questions or complaints: help@sharkhex-demo.test.
