配達員規約

These terms apply when you deliver with Sharkhex Delivery, operated by Sharkhex Delivery Demo SRL, —. They sit alongside the general terms and the privacy policy, and alongside any written agreement you sign with us, which prevails if they differ.

1. Eligibility and approval

• You must meet the minimum age shown in the app, be allowed to work in RO and hold the documents required for your vehicle (identity document and, for motorised vehicles, driving licence, registration and insurance).
• Your application is reviewed before you can go online. We may ask for more information or decline an application.
• Keep your documents valid. We remind you before a document expires; when a required document expires your account is paused until you upload a valid one and it is accepted.

2. Working with the app

• You choose when to go online. While you are online and during a delivery, the app shares your location with us — in the background too — to offer you nearby deliveries and to show customers their delivery's progress.
• You can accept or decline offers. Once you accept a delivery, complete it with care, follow the pickup and drop-off instructions and confirm the delivery with the customer's PIN.
• Follow traffic law and local rules, and never deliver age-restricted products to anyone who can't prove they are old enough.

3. Cash on delivery

When you collect cash from a customer, that money belongs to the platform and the store. It is recorded in your account and settled against your earnings or paid back as the app instructs.

4. Earnings and payouts

• Your earnings per delivery are shown before you accept it and include tips customers add.
• Earnings are paid to the bank account or payout account you register, on the schedule shown in the app, once they reach the minimum payout amount.
• You are responsible for your own taxes and social contributions unless your written agreement says otherwise.

5. Equipment, safety and insurance

You provide and maintain your vehicle and equipment and keep the insurance the law requires for it. Report accidents and incidents to support straight away.

6. Conduct and ratings

Treat customers, store staff and other couriers with respect. Customers can rate deliveries. Repeated low ratings, fraud, unsafe behaviour or breaking these terms can lead to suspension or deactivation; you will be told why.

7. Ending the relationship

You can stop delivering at any time and delete your account once any money owed either way has been settled. Contact: help@sharkhex-demo.test.
