This policy explains what personal data Sharkhex Delivery Demo SRL ("we") collects when you use Sharkhex Delivery — the app, the store and courier tools and this website — why we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. We are the controller of your personal data. You can reach us at help@sharkhex-demo.test or by post at —.

1. The data we collect

Account details: your name, email address, phone number, password (stored only as a one-way hash) and language.
Addresses: the delivery and pickup addresses you save, including map coordinates and delivery notes.
Orders and parcels: what you order or send, from which store, prices, fees, tips, promo codes, delivery times and the delivery PIN.
Payments: card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we keep a Stripe customer reference, the payment status and, if you ask for invoices, your company details.
Location: for customers, only when you pick an address on the map. For couriers, your position while you are online and while you have an active delivery — including in the background — so we can offer you nearby deliveries and show customers where their delivery is.
Courier details: if you apply to deliver, your date of birth, vehicle, plate number, city and photos of your identity and vehicle documents, plus the bank details we use to pay you.
Store details: if you manage a store, the business's legal name, tax and registration numbers, registered address and bank details.
Ratings and messages: ratings and comments you leave, and messages you send to support.
Device data: push-notification tokens, app version, device type and technical logs needed to keep the service secure.

2. Why we use it

To run your account and deliver what you order or send — this is necessary to perform our contract with you.
To take payments, pay couriers and stores, and issue receipts and invoices — contract and legal obligations (tax and accounting law).
To check that couriers are eligible and their documents valid — legal obligations and our legitimate interest in safe deliveries.
To prevent fraud and abuse and keep the service secure — our legitimate interests.
To send you service messages (order updates, receipts, security notices) by email and push notification.

3. Who we share it with

Only with those who need it to provide the service:

Stores see your name, order and delivery notes; couriers see your name, delivery address and notes for the delivery they are making.
Service providers acting on our instructions: Stripe (payments), our email provider, our push-notification and real-time messaging providers, our map and geocoding provider, and our hosting and storage providers.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

Some providers process data outside your country. Where that happens we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

4. How long we keep it

Account data: while your account exists.
When you delete your account, it is deactivated straight away and permanently anonymised after 30 days. Signing in during that period cancels the deletion.
Orders, receipts, invoices and payment records are kept, without your name and contact details, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Courier documents are deleted when the courier account is deleted or a document is replaced.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw any consent you gave. You can delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete account) or at https://delivery.sharkhex.com/account/delete. For anything else, email help@sharkhex-demo.test. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

6. Children

Sharkhex Delivery is not for children. You must be at least 16 to create a customer account, and couriers must meet the minimum age shown in the app.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. If the changes are significant we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect.
